Designed to foster positive long-term change, our individual and team challenges encourage employees to plan their week, take on missions, and incorporate lasting behavioural improvements for a healthier lifestyle.
Our range of challenges have been developed inline with key health risks, prevalent across organisations:

- Inactivity and exercise
- Cardiovascular health (heart disease)
The challenge programs are online, so all employees with internet access can participate wherever they are located – nationally or globally.
A dedicated website handles participant registrations, program information and a weekly point tally so everyone can see who’s topping the leader board, for a little healthy competition!
Regular program communications inspire, educate, support, and motivate participants and prizes add that extra bit of incentive for those who need it!
Pre and post challenge surveys measure and report on the changes in employees.
